How to use Res-Q-Tack

• Ice Therapy, freeze the gel packs in the freezer.  They should be ready to use within 2 hours. Insert the gel packs into the boot/unit and secure comfortably around the affected area for between 15 – 20 minutes.
• Heat Therapy, place the gel packs in a container with boiling water for 7 minutes. Insert the gel packs into the boot/unit and secure comfortably around the affected area for between 15 – 20 minutes.
• Magnetic Therapy (optional extra), remove the gel packs and place the magnetic pads into the boot/unit and secure comfortably around the affected area for extended periods if advised.
